💜👑 We are gathering once again to ENERGIZE and bring POWER to our bodies and mind! We are gathering on Saturday, February 19th at 2:00 pm to DANCE, DANCE, DANCE!  AND….guess what…. I HAVE A SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT!  

But before the SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT, we are going to do what we do!  Get this AFRICAN DANCE IN!  If you are looking for some instant ENERGY and a rush of JOY my dance class is for YOU! 

My dance class is a place where women of all ages and fitness levels can experience the wonder of African Dance!  

Whether you are new to African Dance or a seasoned veteran.  I have something for you!  I break the steps down so that everyone can LEARN & PARTICIPATE fully!  

I even do a SEATED VERSION of each step!  You can literally DO MY ENTIRE CLASS SEATED if you want do!   That’s right, grab your chair and come on!
